Tiki Taco

First time we went there a few weeks ago the soft tacos we ordered were outstanding. This time however we didn't get our order the way we wanted it and when we ordered a few more. We had to send it back twice because it was on the wrong tortilla. I'm really hoping if we go back it was like our first visit.

Trivia on Tuesday’s and Karaoke on Thursdays! Happy hour 4-7pm daily! Great food tons more than just authentic street tacos on menu!! Pool tables for late night hang out, Dart boards, tv’s everywhere! Family friendly as well!

We walked in and was told to seat ourselves which was nice. We got our drink order in, and was waiting for 2 more. We received no napkins, no salsa and the chips tasted stale for 11am. The servers were just sitting around eating and playing on their phones. The rest of our party arrived and by that time we were out of drinks. We all placed our order with empty cups, and it wasn't until our food came out that we were asked if we needed refills. The wait for food was close to 40 minutes and there was only 3 other tables in the building. Our food was cold and our waitress was nowhere to be found. We paid after only being checked on once throughout our meal. I was only going to leave 2 stars, but the manager/owner came in as we were about to leave and was extremely kind and attentive. He took our plates, asked if we were okay and even offered refills. Within 5 minutes the staff was running around, and the music was lively. I guess there needs to be management here all the time for it to be decent.
