Good food. Absolutely fresh and tasty. Some wait staff were very informative and entertaing. Our waitress seemed like she had better things to do. If you love raw oysters, you will not find a fresher variety than what they have here.

Food was easily our favorite seafood in Charleston. Service hasn’t always been the best but they have been busy each time which I’m sure contributes. I recommend here to any visitors

1 star for service, 3 stars for food.
Adequate hospitality in a bustling, airy space. Couldn’t wait for first come first served seating for happy hour only available at the bar.
Came here for the hush puppies (tasty) and wowed by the phenomenal mussels, tuna tartar and she crab soup (do order extra bread for the mussels, more chips for the tartar, and order a bowl, not just a cup of soup!)
Fried oysters were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy and fresh on the inside (perfect sized serving as a main after the delish apps above). Shrimp and grits was subtle and creamy, burger big and juicy. Will definitely be back to try more dishes.

Great staff! The happy hour is excellent. Fine beers on draft and good options for food. The oysters are right in the middle at a fair price. Worth the stop on by.

Enjoy at your own risk. I like the food, but is there not a way to make sure these fried oysters don't have pearls in them? Honestly the food I've tried is really good, but hopefully I don't need to see a dentist. The fries are unique they taste as though they are fried in butter. I'm sure that's in the menu some where though.
