Bessinger's BBQ

I wavered between 4 and 5 stars because the food and customer service were top notch however we waited over 10 minutes for one 3 meat plate including a very fair portion of sliced smoked turkey, brisket, and 5 or 6 chicken wings with baked beans and potato salad. The plate was worth every dollar. Great experience and it's not FAST FOOD.

Excellent service & food. Highly recommend. May want to ditch the belt & go with suspenders though. ????

Best Big Joe pork BBQ Sandwich (order the basket), cheeseburger, fries and onion rings around. Onion Rings are beer battered and delicious! Can’t miss and they have a drive-through!

My dad has always ranted and raved about this BBQ joint. We finally came and just before closing. The staff was very sweet and they all appeared to be very hard workers. I loved the old signs and antiques scattered throughout the restaurant!
It didn't look the most appetizing but the BBQ was so good that I practically inhaled it. I'm not a fan of onion rings but theirs was pretty good so I ate all of mine. Their fries weren't seasoned but surprisingly tasty! Even though my dad talked so much about it, I didn't have big expectations coming here but was surprised nonetheless. I will definitely be back.
