Charleston Crab House

I love this place. Friendly service, great ocean front view. Traditional well done seafood dishes but also a twist like the barbecue shrimp and grits. Well seasoned seafood pots. Reasonably priced.

Dinner outside was a lovely way to spend our last evening in Charleston. Beautiful view of the water and sunset. Shrimp boil and the crab stuffed mushrooms were delicious!

Best meal we had on our trip! Shout out to our waitress Molly for her recommendations on the menu and how fantastic she was! Would HIGHLY recommend for a great setting with amazing food!

The place is amazing! We sat outside to watch the boats and enjoy the weather. You are able to dock your boat and come to eat at the restaurant. You can also have the fish you catch and clean prepared for you. My daughter had the shrimp and grits and crab dip with a side of collards. The collards tasted like my granny made them and the shrimps and grits we out of the world good. I had the red snapper and mashed potatoes. The snapper was not seasoned to my liking. I recommend this restaurant because of the relaxing atmosphere, service and the food. I look forward to going back to Charleston just to eat here.

The food was amazing!!!! Best flounder I have had in a while. Sitting right near the window or outside completes the experience. Watching people bring up their catch to the kitchen was pretty cool too. Would definitely eat there again!
