4.5 stars really. Very nice people that really care about what they are doing.

Let's discuss the 5 star ratings system. I believe that in current society rating something is done in two ways five stars meaning everything was to your satisfaction or one star meaning everything else. These are my thoughts...

Five stars. Everything is excellent. Very clean. Superior service and attention to detail. Top quality food perfectly cooked and plated. Staff does what it takes to make sure the customer is satisfied  Five stars is something special.

Four stars. A clean establishment. Great food with good service. Four stars should be what most restaurants aim for.

Three stars. The food is acceptable but nothing to write home about. The bathrooms might not be clean and the tables might be sticky. But should still be clean overall. Service might be slow and unpredictable

Two stars. Dirty. Dishes and utensils that are not clean. Poor quality food with a bad presentation. Very poor service.

One star. Disgusting. Inedible food. Rude and/ or non-existent service.

SUSAN has the best customer service I’ve ever received! It’s like she can read your mind. Also, the chef salad is to die for. An amazing experience! Thanks you!

I needed a quick place to eat with my toddler that wasn't really fast food and I came across Jason's deli and thought I'd try it out. The people were really nice and the food was good, but the place itself was dirty. All the high chairs were disgusting and when I went to grab one the lady realized how gross they were and said she would wipe it down for me. I got a turkey, ham, and bacon on a roll that came with chips and some cucumbers for my daughter and they charged me $12. I know that's not alot of money but for what I got I don't think it was worth it. So that's why I'm giving it ONLY 3 stars.

This is a great deli! The salad bar is delicious, fresh, and diverse with ingredients from lettuce type to toppings. There are plenty of cracker/muffin choices and dessert on the bar. There's usually someone tending the salad bar to keep it clean as well! There is a kiosk that allows you to go past the line if you're just going to do salad, which is great when I am in a hurry. If you don't want salad, the sandwiches and soups are really good too. My children (7 and 8) love Jason's too; they usually get the FREE soft serve ice cream for dessert. Service is usually friendly, but the food line staff makes mistakes fairly often, such as giving the wrong soup or forgetting something I ordered. That's the only reason I don't give them 5 stars. All in all, I'd definitely recommend them!

Customer service was was outstanding! Lady at the register was phenomenal. Ruben sandwich was good but not great. Maine lobster chowder literally had one piece of lobster in it though. Still delicious.
