First and foremost shoutout to Trice for amazing service! I’ve eaten here a few times and this by far was my favorite dining experience. The king sauce was absolutely amazing, perfect blend of spices and butter. The seafood was cooked to perfection as well. Really lives up to the name juicy seafood. We will definitely be back and hope to have Trice wait on us again!
My husband and I went to King Claw last weekend and loved it. The decor is simple, casual, but traditional southern style Cajun which adds to the fun. The food was amazing! My husband and I had the combo with shrimp, muscles, and crab legs and an extra order of crab legs because they were just that good. The muscles were to die for. The King Claw sauce was flavorful, buttery, spicyand a perfect complement to the seafood. We suggested they sell the house special sauce because we loved it so much. The service was great -the manager made her way to every table to get feedback on the guest experience. While there we already started planning when we can return.
If you come here they are welcoming!! Mr. Gerard was the waiter and he was awesome! He gave us a tour of the menu and he made us feel at home!! Food was A1 and the drinks, SUPER MAN to be exact was hitting all the right places and if you want like I did add you a shot of rum (because that’s you’re business)!! It’s worth the price!! Much love!!?
It was delicious and the server was super nice. The place was clean and tidy. If your looking for that bayou style seafood this is the place to go. The seafood wasn’t overcooked. I gotta say I’ve been to at least a dozen restaurants here in Charleston and everyone except this place over cooks the seafood. It’s nothing classy but if you’re looking for that Deep South taste and a beer this is the place. I will definitely be coming back.
Today was the first time eating here as we are visiting the area. The food was amazing!!!! The staff was so nice! Our waitress had only been there for a couple weeks and you would have thought she had been there for years! She was so knowledgeable and very fun in talking with us! The manager came by our table to check on us and was very friendly and talked with us for a bit! Overall, it was a great experience, we will be back!!! Thanks for making our first visit a great experience!!
