Great service at the bar with Jason. My prime rib and martini were perfect & they let me read my book. Thank you for a perfect ending to a rough day.

My experience with Outback is always pleasant. Our waitress, Octavia, was THE BEST!! She was very attentive and friendly. When we saw who our waitress was going to be, my sister said ,'She's good.' She wasn't fibbing.

I ordered the 6 oz sirloin and shrimp on the barbie combination with a salad and loaded backed potato. My meal was delicious, but I had to take half of it home in a box. My husband got the 12-oz seared prime rib, but when it arrived, it looked like a regular prime rib. Our server came to check and made sure it was corrected, which took ~10 minutes. It must have been tasty because he managed to finish his entire meal. The service was above average. We had a $5 coupon and are members of the dine-rewards program, and she took care of both when we were done as well as brought me a to-go container to take my leftovers home. We'll definitely return for the tasty food.

The West Ashley location is a lot cleaner it feels than the North Charleston location. The food is hot or miss as far as getting the steaks cooked properly. It is either way under cooked or over cooked. I did give it 4 stars because the service tends to be good the majority of the time and the food for the most part is consistent. Of the chain steak houses they seem to be the better of the ones still in this area. I would recommend the West Ashley location for sure over the others.
