Cool out of the way place. Great service. Decent prices and a very eclectic crowd
Come for the possibility of 'super casually bumping into' Shep, stay for the cinnamon roll waffle bites! I did not see Shep. And I was super annoyed to learn brunch was still being served so late. Buuuut we were there, so fine, I will play along. Holy .... cow .... mimosa was perfect, bartenders were fun, waffle bites were better than any bedroom experience, the breakfast hotdog was tastier than expected and the garbage plate was a huge satisfying portion. We were only in town for the afternoon but I will be coming back and planning for outside brunch hours because the rest of the menu is so tempting! I also kinda loved that the uber driver (who appeared to be a "cool" guy) had no clue where we were so it feels like a 'special secret spot' which is pretentious and fun on it's own
Looking for your neighborhood dive which was described by the bartender as a "dive with lipstick". In our search for a local bar we found it and then were able to get recommendations from the bartenders. This place is exactly what you want and need from a dive. Friendly staff, good, cheap, easy food and they keep the booze flowing. Sounds like most of poor ratings were looking for something from high class Charleston. This isn't it. A dive in every sense of the word, pink bathrooms, animal heads on the wall and a friendly neighborhood feel. Will 100% be back.
Excellent service! I'm from out of town and came with a large group. The porch was amazing in early April, and accommodated us perfectly. Drinks were great and the price was average. Would definitely reccomend and definitely plan to visit again!
Great neighborhood bar! I've been a regular since when they opened the first time and would recommend to everyone! Ryan and Griff are great and make it a fun environment to come with friends and people from out of town visiting! Joe does a great job on the menu as everything to eat is so delicious! It has a lot of charm and character and I would recommend to everyone to check this hidden gem out! Also how can you beat $10 bottle of wines during happy hour? YOU CAN'T!
