Red Lobster

The timing was perfect for getting seated right away but the staff was stretched a little thin. We were able to order fairly quickly but otherwise the service was a little slow. My meal was lacking a bit but it may have just been the way it was prepared. My mom on the other hand had a wonderful experience in that they doubled up on the shrimp she ordered! And although we asked a couple times about the biscuits, we had to take them to go in the end. Not a stellar performance but still a good visit...likely to go back.

It had been a long time since I ate at a Red Lobster, we were out of town and decided to give this one a try. Afterwards we both were very pleased with the food and the service was Great. We a have been to many seafood restaurants in Charleston and I think I will go back here next time without question.

Enjoyed a nice family dinner. Service was great. My meal was brought out without its main dish but my server corrected that instantly. Will definitely be back again.

I recently had a sub par dinner at Red Lobster. I must say corporate went above and beyond to correct this. I was contacted by both Guest Relations and the restaurant manager. I dined anonymously with a comped meal recently and can now recommend Red Lobster again for great seafood cooked perfectly with great service. I highly recommend Red Lobster!
