The downtown location is just as good as the James Island location. Very courteous and efficient staff. Dining room is a little small, so make sure you go early or you may have to wait. Try their omelettes, you won't regret that decision I promise.

The food was surprisingly great! These were the best biscuits and gravy I had and the fired green egg omelet with the horsey sauce was great!

We had an awesome experience! They listened from seating us, what we ordered, through kitchen all the way through to the end of our meal. They really saw us for a valuable customer and took great care of our military men and women as well. Thank you!

Smaller place that has a large selection of classic dinner fare. Pancakes were great with fresh blueberries! Charming older gentleman seated us and served. We came as a couple and were seated on a busy Friday morning within 20min. Larger groups (4 or more) had to wait significantly more as there are limited large tables. Great fill up and go breakfast spot just steps from the Belmond hotel.

Nice little spot for breakfast. We had the crab omelette and the southern twist on eggs Benedict. Quick service and good food. I would not walk miles to get here, but if you're in the area you'll be happy with your breakfast.
