Girls night out with sunset views? Check. Family visiting from out of town and wanted dining inside the restaurant? Check. Afternoon cocktails and appetizers by the third floor bar watching a lightening storm? Check. I've been here three times in the last month/month and a half and we will be going again for dinner this weekend for a work event. Casual to date night dining. We love it here. We've seen kids and dogs enjoying the lawn area and games. The food is always top notch. The drinks are light for a hot, hot day and made with fresh ingredients. It's a great place for boat and people watching. We even saw a couple of dolphins going up and down the way. Staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. There is a man and woman who work the upstairs bar almost every time we've been and they're always so fun to chat with. Try the tequila mojito for sure!

Easy docking off the boat and friendly fare that is a reflection of the area. Glad to see the reboot of this location and much improved. Pricing is in line with the area, and for those not familiar it may be a bit of an eye opener. Charleston in general is on the expensive side, add in the ideal setting on the water and easy boat access, justifies it greatly however be prepared.
Each item ordered as a large group was well done and very tasty. Cocktails were also well done, will be returning often.

Very nice, clean and kid friendly atmosphere overlooking the marina entrance and inter-coastal waterway.

Parking options are: 1. Valet for whatever tip you choose or 2. Self park for $10.

Drink service at the bar was great. Food was fast and overall good. Portion sizes in general we felt were a bit on the small side.

Our server Trudy was phenomenal. Very nice and super patient with the kids. As a local, these type settings are a dime a dozen but this place is special. Watching barges and local fisherman come by as you eat is neat for the kids and adults. Seeing million dollar boats cruise by while dining is an added bonus. Job well done, Islander 71. We will be back when in the area.

P.S. Please add "We do not accept reservations" to your land line message when people try to call to make a reservation. I understand not answering the phone but this is basic courtesy for hungry patrons.

Large group, 13. 4 went early to get name on list. Went to supper level deck bar enjoyed drinks a awesome view of channel and marina. Seated in little over an hour. Waitress was attentive and efficient. Food was well prepared and reasonable sized servings. Good time had by all.

The place is beautiful! There was a wait list, but the live music was entertaining and the staff was very helpful. Our server Brian knew the menu thoroughly and was able to give cocktail suggestions to my friends. I was happy to see they offered Heineken 0.0. For as busy and lively as the restaurant was, our service was perfect and there were not any extensive waits for food or beverages. We will definitely be back with more of our family!
