Simply Seafood

Highly Recommend!!!! The food was excellent, the staff was friendly and efficient and the value was Perfect! My new favorite place when I come home for a visit.

I've only had takeout so far and unfortunately only once. The food was excellent and came highly recommended! A visit home without seafood is unacceptable. Simply Seafood did not disappoint. Next time I have to get the seafood boil.

We bought our seafood raw and brought it home to cook it. It was wonderful and a fair price. The people who work at this place are awesome!

I bought some steamed blue crabs today & let me just say THANK YOU!!! Spiced perfectly, meaty, not a single mushy one. We had some pretty picky crab eaters from Virginia & Maryland & they were impressed. The staff were all so kind & friendly! Masked & proper pandemic protocol. We got a little side of Mac & cheese to eat on the way home....oh my. I’m soooo happy we found y’all!

We were looking for a good seafood meal while camping on James Island. A couple people at the campground suggested Simply Seafood on John's Island so we gave it a try. It's a small building and is take out only, but they have picnic tables outside where you can eat. They sell a lot of fresh fish and shrimp, but they also cook really good seafood meals! My husband had the shrimp and crab boil in garlic butter and he said it was the best he's ever tasted. It was huge too, and priced VERY reasonably! I had the fish basket with onion rings and I received two big fillets. We both really enjoyed our meals and highly recommend this place!!
