Ordering online is easy but will get things mixed up

I love, love, love when you have a problem and a manager handle it right away. I had a minor problem about 2 months ago, but I was truly amazed at how the Owner/Manager took care of matters and immediately did whatever was morally and ethically correct to make it right. I am very pleased of the outcome. The Owner/Manager wasn't aware of the situation until a few weeks ago but she took care of it. She telephoned me immediately, and when she couldn't reach me, she sent an email to me. She was an excellent listener, very approachable, courteous, kind and immediately stated how grateful she was that I informed her. For me, this is a business I would continue to go no matter what. She showed by her excellent customer service that her customers mean a lot to her. So, I am telling everyone, if you're on Main Road, Johns Island, SC, to please stop and visit this Subway!! Having happy customers is very important to this business and that means a lot to me!!!

I just went to the Subway on Main Road with my three kids..and let me tell you what I saw....

We were greeted with eye contact and a Hello. It was clean. Items were displayed neatly. There was an older (not old) and seemingly gentle woman in there that I assume was the manager. She had about 4-5 high school or slightly older staff that she seemed to be training as they were making our sandwiches. She was kind to them and spoke in a way as to not embarrass them but provided correction where needed. She was patient and smiled at my family as they were making our sandwiches as if to thank us for our patience as well. All of our food was made as it was requested. We dined in the restaurant and her staff was busy working the entire time with some task or another and she was right alongside them providing guidance where needed.

I'd just like to say KUDOS to this lady and the way she is teaching her staff not only how to work in that establishment, but also good life lessons as well that will carry them far. Eye contact and smiles go a LONG way. We will definitely be back!!
