Jon Smith Subs

My new favorite sub shop. I know I didn’t have the fan favorites but it was 105 today and after doing yard work I needed a cold sub. The triple deli classic hit the spot. It was so huge. “That’s what she said”

Best subs in Mount Pleasant in my opinion. My son had the Steak Bomb and I had the Philly Cheese Steak with American Cheese. Was really good and the bread was not chewy. Other places load their subs with lots and lots of lettuce so you don’t taste the meat (because they don’t use a lot of meat) and to also make the subs look bigger. Not at Jon Smiths as you definitely get a lot of meat with every mouth watering bite. The fries are very good as well. My second time visiting JS was the tuna and it was creamy delicious ????. Of course my teenager had the Steak Bomb again - He loves this sub. Can’t complain about the prices as they are par for Mount Pleasant since it is so expensive to lease a space. Going again today as my son just requested! See ya there!! ????
**Update- The place is slamming!!

First time. Got a Steak Bomb, cookies, and sweet tea. There was miscommunication somehow and only got a 6 inch, but needed 12. Probably because I got distracted by the cookies. Ha ha. I think the owner (maybe) made me another half right away and didn't charge extra. The sandwich was good and the steak pieces were a nice size, not mush like some places. I also liked the tomato added with other philly toppings. The tea was perfect, sweet, but still had the taste of tea. Ended up with two oatmeal raisin cookies instead of a chocolate chip, but it will be eaten. Will definitely be back to try more.

Excellent sandwiches and salads! I had the steak bomb and my husband had the Cuban. Both were fantastic. The bread was perfect. The restaurant was clean an the staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend Jon Smith Subs
