We ate there today for the third time. The food is authentic and fantastic. The service and friendliness of the staff is refreshing.. If you’re looking for something different and packed full of flavor, you will certainly enjoy this chicken!!
Chicken was seasoned well, but not hot off the rotisserie. It was in a already prepared in the hot box and over cooked. Probably best to get there earlier in the day when the chicken is prepared. We arrived around 7:30pm and they were running out of sides.
Delicious!!! Very moist chicken. Dipping sauce was spicier than I am used to with Peruvian food. But it was good.
Visiting from out of town and was looking for something not fast food but not a typical sit down restaurant either.... Saw marios and had to try it. The chicken is so tender it practically falls of the bones and the flavor is amazing! There are really amazing sauces as well but I recommend getting the yuca fries to eat it on because the chicken doesnt need it. On Sunday they have doughnuts with a special syrup that is to die for. If your near st matthews or isle of palms and looking for a fast casual that is different, this is your place!
This place is an absolute GEM! It is a perfect option for a quick and relatively healthy family meal to take home for a great price. The online ordering is simple and the pickup is easy.
We ordered the whole chicken, rice, and Cole slaw. Each item was superb and had unique flavors. As a family of four, we were well satisfied. The chicken was moist and smoky. The rice was perfectly cooked with a subtle garlic flavor. The Cole slaw was the best I've ever had.
You are missing out if you don't give this place a try.
