NICO | Oysters + Seafood

We took a chance with 2 young boys having dinner at 8:30pm. Staff immediately made sure the boys had drinks and food without hesitation. Seafood tower and steak impeccably cooked. My husband said “I was worried about bringing the boys and they did not make me feel that way at all”. This sums it up! Thanks for helping us expose our children to exquisite cuisine in a very welcoming atmosphere.

I've been here a couple of times and as far as seafood options go, it's good. The staff is great and I like the atmosphere too. I wish the oysters were a little more chilled. The cooler is nice looking and opens up to the room but the result is the oysters get a bit warmer than I prefer. Also, I recommend if your a purest like me and want just a touch of lemon on your oysters ask for some fresh lemon slices from the bar. The eye droppers of lemon juice looks cool but also don't have the best flavor.

You can get some very good food here. Don't get me wrong. But in terms of the raw bar where you can really spend, there are the above mentioned things that could improve it. Also, personally I don't need quite as much presentation for my raw bar food. But that's just personal preference. I'd rather have the bottom muscles cut on my oysters than seashells holding crostinis.

We had the BEST experience here. Surpassed all expectations. Food was outstanding along with the service. We dined at the raw bar- best sitting. Started with the oysters, talk about presentation, then the delicious entrees and even dessert. Awesome.

The entire experience was just great. Impressive selection of oysters! Quality of the food from the appetizers to the entree was excellent. Service is the key to any restaurant and it was not lacking here. Definitely will be back and will recommend to anybody

Fabulous experience! My four sisters and niece were in town and we celebrated Mother’s Day together at Nico’s! Did not disappoint! The wait staff, ambience, drinks, presentation and all five meals surpassed expectations by a mile. Thank you for helping me make this day special for my family! We will be back!
