Incredible smoothies. Not sure I agree with all the comments about such friendly staff. I go in about once every couple weeks and I will admit that they seem incredibly friendly to their regulars but if you're not, they can be kind of snooty. But smoothies are delicious and prices are fair!

I came on a whim. I don't even remember how I found this place, but I'm glad I did. The Warrior Bowl & the avocado toast were BOTH amazingly flavorful.

The Main Squeeze rocks! The whole team is friendly and helpful and remember my favorite smoothie. The soup and other foods are also delicious and healthy. In addition, the shop is immaculate. They make great suggestions for juices and shots when I have a cold.

Ask Erica, tell her the Alien guy sent you. Family run and they all are happy to provide the best smoothies in town. They are happy to prepare large orders even if you walk in and have to order for the office midday on a Friday. Each time seems to be better than the last and happy to return each time.

Fresh ingredients, a great variety of smoothies and juice blends, and always served with a smile.....this is hands down the best juice shop in Mount Pleasant!
Erika, the guy with the great hair, and the rest of the gang can also customize anything for you, and have some off menu items you should ask about.
And if you’re not in the mood for juice or smoothie, then try the avacado toast, one of their daily homemade soups, or one of their wraps!
