Catawba Fish Camp

Food was okay. I try to eat healthy and unfortunately they charge you extra to do that. When we asked available sides, a side salad was included in the list of sides but when we got the bill there was a $3 extra charge for lettuce tomato and cucumbers that the waitress did not mention.

We tried 5his place for the first time. It was so good! The fish is amazing and the service was nice. This is an all you can eat restaurant.

Food was pretty good and prices are fair. They have really good hush puppies. Ordered the platter and it was more than enough to fill anyone up.

2 1/2 stars out of 5. Hush puppies worst I've ever had. Cole slaw excellent. Fried perch and chicken livers were average. Service was good. Very pricy if you eat only one serving. Drove one hour to get there. Might eat there if I were in the area but i wouldn't go out of my way to eat there again. Based upon what I had previously heard about it, and upon my visit; rather dissappointing.

It is a fried seafood restaurant. What can I say? The staff seem nice and the candy table is a nice touch, especially seeing as though it is located right as you are going to pay for your bill... I can only imagine how much money they make on that candy table alone. The table seems a lot smaller now than it did when I was a kid.
