Burgers On Pearl

Nice country restaurant in a small town that is a through way for travelers from north going to Myrtle Beach. The food is delicious! It's not a fancy menu but has a variety of selections. The burgers appear to be hand-made like at home (not like the fast food or chain restaurants). The food is freshly made to order, not under a warmer. The fries are a pleasant surprise. They're totally awesome. The prices are not as much as one would expect.
The service is excellent. Servers are friendly and offer assistance readily. Yes, it's kid friendly.
There is adequate parking in front, on the side, and in the back of the business.

Delicious! Quick service. Several of our group are on a low carb diet, and they were willing to do substitutions to accommodate us. Will be back

They just opened today. There are figuring things out and were super busy. They have new staff and new point of sale processes and were taking a ton of to go orders. Parking is around back but I snagged one of the 4 or 5 spots on the street out front. That said the food was great. I got the Eagle Burger plate with a Dr. Pepper. $9.11 after tax. If you look at the picture of my lunch, I ate 2/3 of my fries before I took the picture.
Kara (hope it's not misspelled) was super and attentive to her customers and lesser experienced staff. I chose to sit at the bar as I was solo and didn't want to take up valuable seating at one of the booths or tables. Kevin was also very helpful assisting in every way possible with the other staff. I did see the normal things one see when a place is starting out. Lots of "How do I..." from staff and a few "Let me check..." as well. The mix of the country from the bar Tv and the Juke box near the front just made it a bit more noisy but that could just be me. Give this place a chance is what I say. The food is good, the prices are good, the staff is very good. I wish the owners and staff best of success because from what I see, they deserve it. One last thing; when you do go, ask for Elizabeth or Jetta and you'll be taken good care of.
