Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Great experience! Patricia deserves to be commended ... she visited her guests and made sure everything was ship shape. We felt very appreciated as guests. We ordered the house salad and fried mushrooms and there was plenty of food for both of us. Ingredients were fresh. Presentation was awesome. Service was speedy and friendly. Cudos to Patricia!

Very crowded, very nice and patient employees. I had no idea what to order and asked every question I thought of to get the right item I wanted and everyone was helpful including people that didn't even work there. The salads are really fresh but nothing special, however I am a Vegan so one make think that I am limited to what I eat and as restricted as my diet is, I do know a GREAT salad when I eat one and my experience overall with Zaxby was a 3 star rating but I added another star for the Great Customer Service I received. I can have a subpar salad with Great customer service, it makes up for a lot. So, thank you Zaxby's...all the way from Philly Pa. Keep up the good work.

Great little family friendly chicken eatery. Fast service and decent fried chicken in the form of various configurations of chicken fingers. And that's the strength of this eatery and also it's weakness.
If you want real fried chicken on a bone you best go elsewhere, or most anything else you might want to eat that isn't in the form of children fingers.
Having said that the lunch I has was very good consisting of 6 high quality white meat chicken fingers with some excellent french fries, a piece of delicious Texas Toast, two packets of special Zaxby's sauce and a huge "medium" drink with re-fills.
This would make for a nice $10.00 dinner repast let alone a mid day lunch.
So I see great value here in terms of quality and affordability served in an inviting restaurant vib with solid tables and chairs.
The eating atmosphere was very good with attention payed to pertinent wall hung memorabilia to draw the attention of a curious mind while enjoying some fine chicken bites.
All in all I really am glad I had the Zaxby experience and would do it again should the opportunity present itself.

If you don't stop and get the kickin' chicken sandwich, you will never know the pure joy of sending your taste buddies to Valhalla. You think I'm wrong? Come at me bro.

The service was good. The chicken fingers were s bit over done or the fryer grease needed to be replaced. The cleanliness of the restaurant was fair. Everything above the floor level had a very thick coat of dust on it. Basically the place needs some deep cleaning.
