Food was fantastic. The burger was perfectly cooked and the Catfish was awesome. We had a rotten spot in a sweet potato and the server acted like a deer caught in headlights when we told her. It wasn't a big deal to us. Five stars for the food. Four for the service.

Great place outside the city life to visit and eat. Food quality is outstanding, portions are good and overall dinning experience superb. Wait staff is friendly, worth the tip paid they go over and beyond and making the experience of dinning out a wonderful time.
The establishment is clean fresh quaint and quiet. The sounds of light chatter, laughter make for an atmosphere of enjoyment and comfort. The menu covers an arrangement of great dishes. Seafood for the captain of the sea. Great steaks for the cowboys and cowgirls. For a lunch experience an assortment of sandwiches and salads. Pricing is affordable.
I would recommend this place for a great family night out.

Seated quickly and the food didn’t take long to come out. I had the seared scallops and fried shrimp with sweet potato and was not disappointed. The hush puppies that come with the meal were great too. Fried shrimp were home cooking style without to much extra batter. Great price for the food considering what I would pay for this in big cities. They even let our daughters feed the coy fish in the pond out front after dinner which was a highlight for them.

This is an upscale BBQ or Southern comfort food type of restaurant. The atmosphere is good. The service is warm hearted and friendly. They have a few good craft beer choices. A good experience and I will definitely come back.
