This is my favorite NY pizza in the Summerville/North Charleston area. It was hot and fresh when I picked it up. The sauce has actual flavor from herbs and garlic instead of just tomatoes. It is not too sweet and not too acidic. And there's not too much sauce, I hate when there's so much sauce on a pizza that you can't taste anything else. The crust is nice and fluffy inside and crispy on the outside. Service was polite and friendly. And the Italian rainbow cake is so delicious.
Pizza was really good. The wait was 1 hour and 20 minutes when ordered over the phone. We ordered carry out. Their prices are much higher than other mom and pop pizza places in the area but we will eat here again. The family enjoyed it.
Solid pie. Exceptional service. Great addition to the local eats. The sauce has actual flavor and the dough is neither too soft nor too thick with a crisp bottom. The crust ring is an ideal texture. Ingredients seem to be quality and are sliced and distributed evenly.
The best pizza and wings I’ve had since I moved to SC, hands down! The pizza is baked directly on oven brick, which results in a soft, yet chewy crust. The cheese is of high quality, as is the pepperoni and other ingredients. The garlic parmesan wings are the real deal, actual chopped garlic and quality parmesan, same thing with the garlic knots. I haven’t had a bad desert either; the tiramisu, coconut crème and Italian tricolor are all excellent. My family has ate here close to 10 times since they opened. Wait times on the weekend can get close to 1.5 hour, but during the week, it’s usually about a 20 minute wait. Give this place a try if you haven’t already, you won’t regret it.
Please ignore the idiots who are giving these people a one-star review because they ran out of product on the first day. These morons have never worked at a restaurant, let alone, probably run a business. My mother had a catering business, and I grew up in food service. This product is very good, and because they use a specific water source to recreate a pizza crust from NYC, well, they may run out of pizza on days when demand is high. Get over it, you ignorant clowns. The square pie is incredibly good. The slices were also solid. It's Christmas also, you soulless monsters!
