Went here on Father's Day. Service was excellent and the food was too! I had the steamed oysters, shrimp, and crab legs. All of it was awesome!!!! Very down to earth atmosphere. I can't say enough good things about this place. I will be going back again and again. One of the best places I have found for seafood. Thanks guys for a great Sunday lunch.
The problem with most Low Country Boil servings at restaurants is there are usually a zillion potatoes, 2 ears of corn, a half dozen quarter-sized kielbasa and about 6 shrimp.
So when I ordered the entree here, I saw the option to get a double portion. I got creative and ordered only a double portion of shrimp with a single helping of everything else.
As you can see here, the single portion of shrimp would've been plenty. The price for that single was more than reasonable.
This was outstanding and I will be back.
The seating area is small and it is noisy inside. There is some outdoor seating, but with the amount of rain, it would not be dependable. Plan to wait for dinner, especially on weekends.
Just an outstanding experience from start to finish. Fresh shrimp (strongly recommend the shrimp tacos and low country boil) exactly what I wanted when I came home for a visit (we live in NY now) made me do the happy dance when I took my first bite! Service outstanding. Great atmosphere. Good prices. Will be back soon!!
Some of THE BEST seafood I’ve had in a long time. Great taste, very fast service. Will definitely be back the next time we visit South Carolina. We got the calamari, lobster sandwich, crab legs and low country boil. We don’t have many opportunities to get fresh seafood where we live in TN, this was a must before we went home, and they did not disappoint. Fun atmosphere too for dining in.
Staff was super friendly right from the door! Jessica was our waitress and knew her way around the menu, recommended the best food from what we told her we were stuck between! Seared ahi tuna appetizer was DIVINE! The shrimp cocktail is not on the menu but can get it if they have the FRESH shrimp! Scrumptious hush puppies, fresh fish with the fish and chips basket and and heck of a punch with the Pearl's Punch!!!
Kayla was very helpful in Jessica's quest to make our visit spectacular!
Thanks so much ladies we will be back!!
