The Icehouse Restaurant

The salmon Wellington was excellent. We've enjoyed many good dinners at the Icehouse.
Update: the last few times we've had the salmon wellington it was not the same as in the past. That is very disappointing. We hope they go back to their old recipe.

We had a church group of about 30 people here for lunch. We basically had one server named Melvin. Although we kept him hopping, he stayed on top of everything, was very courteous, very professional. It took a minute to get all the orders, but when taken to the kitchen, the orders were up in less than 15 minutes. The food was delicious, fixed as requested and the portions were filling. Kudos to the wait staff and kitchen personnel. I'll be returning in the near future.

This place was wonderful! Spacious outdoor seating with large umbrellas to shade the sun. My server, Melvin, was super awesome. He recommended some of the dishes to me and did not steer me wrong with the shrimp and grits. I never had an empty glass and he checked back with me frequently. When I told him I was new to town he chatted with me about things to do and places to go. Price was good, food was great, service was top notch!

That was my first time being there the drink prices for Charleston were amazing and they were delicious! My wife left her drink I love my beers. The service was actually excellent as well. Other than a designated smoking section I think they would need the place was amazing! Would definitely love going back there again had a blast!

Very nice restaurant. Fine food, great selection, and wonderful atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great place for kids too! There's a whole playground. I will definitely be returning, and I recommend it to all locals and visitors alike!
