“My son and I eat at sonic 2 times a week. We love their food. My son and I always order the same thing #2 with cheese plane, with fries and a shake, and extra long chili cheese dog with chili cheese tots. On our last 2 visits when we got home the burgers were not correct, that had everything on them . The first time we let it go, the second time I called the store and told them. The manager said next time we were in let him know. I did. He said he would prepare the burger himself. It was perfect. What surprised me most was he comped our entire meal. I kind of excepted him to comp just the burger. but not the entire meal. He also came out to the car and said hello and made sure all was great. It seems now days businesses take their clients for granted. Not this manager, not this Sonic . I highly recommend anyone to eat here. Mistakes can be made by anyone, but how you react to your mistakes sets the standard. I now know why they are always busy.”

“Here we go again. We revisited the Waffle House off of Aviation Blvd in North Charleston, SC. Everyone that works there made us feel welcome. And I don't know where they get the staff from. But all Waffles Houses need to be trained by them. This time we was served by Yvonne. Just like Dawn, very friendly. And to top it all off their restrooms are always clean. “I go here at least twice a month, the service is great they make me feel like family. They notice when they haven't seen me in a while and ask me if things are OK. The buffet has a great selection and the sushi is good. It IS fully cooked sushi. Always busy for lunch no matter the day, I try to come in around 11ish so I can beat the crowd and the buffet is hot and fresh. I avoid visiting on Sunday entirely.”

“Great place for a fun day. They offer bowling, arcade games and laser tag. They have a full bar and a restaurant. They do kids bowl free all summer as long as you register them and Sundays it only costs $1 to bowl. Kids love it. Very clean and great music. Highly recommended.”

“The food is usually really good here, but the delivery time and the employee phone skills & phone system leave a lot to be desired. Half the time when I call there is a busy signal and I just have to keep trying. Then when someone does pick up they just say "please hold" and then I am immediately put on hold for anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes. When they come back and I say delivery they ask me where it is going and I have to give them my name and address, at which point they put me back on hold to see if the address is within their delivery area. I've ordered from this place dozens of times but they don't have a customer record where they can see that I am an in-area customer as soon as I call? This last time I called they first had me on hold for 5 minutes, only to (accidentally?) hang up on me instead of taking me off hold. So i have to call back and when they pick up they put me on hold again, without giving me time to say that I was just on hold, so now I'm at the back of the line again. When someone picks up and I give my address and they go to check it, they come back in 2min and ask for the address again because they didn't hear it correctly, then they leave again for another 2 and come back and say OK and again repeat the wrong address back to me. Finally I spell it out for them and they say OK and put me on hold AGAIN. Then when they come back they say "Welcome to famulari's is this for pickup or delivery?" and I have to tell them that we just spoke and give my address again. Finally after all this, I can order. So again, if the pizza here wasn't some of the best delivery in my area, it would not be worth the trouble trying to call this place. (The online ordering website is also a hassle, but that is another review). If this place wants to get new customers who haven't tried their food yet, they really need to revamp their ordering process, because in this age where everything is super easy and convenient, most people are not going to deal with hassle like that and will just hang up and call dominoes.”

“This has now become one of our regular eating places. On our most recent visit, I had to try the "Tempura Fish and Chip" which was really good but a bit on the small side. It's worth noting that some of the portions are smaller than the average oriental take-out restaurant. They obviously go for quality and flavor instead of quantity. So value for money is still excellent if you appreciate the quality.”

“I like this Burger King location. It is very convenient to drop in and get some sandwiches when you are hungry. The wind patterns usually give you a smell of everything as you are walking in and makes you that much more hungry. The service is not the fastest, but good food takes time and everyone in this place is cool and relaxed so it is not that bad. Overall it is a really good Burger King.”

“The food was made fast, correct and good! Sodas weren't labeled to tell which was a diet soda. Sodas were flat and didn't taste like the mixes were correct. “I'm only putting 3 stars because I'm 50/50 on this place. The food was delivered super fast and was great but it's not really the place if you want to just sit and talk for awhile while trying to figure out what you want to eat. After the waitress came by for a 3rd time within 5 minutes, my friend and I said we still didn't know what to get exactly. Then we didn't see our waitress for 30 minutes before she came and finally got our order. Not a bad place, could be better, but definitely not bad.”
