Great service, great food, great salad bar.

The entire staff was warm and friendly. The restaurant has a warm comfortable clean atmosphere. I had a favorite of mine, the Asiago Steak with baked potato and zucchini, all of which were perfectly prepared by the kitchen staff. My wife ordered the New Orleans Seafood platter, which I indulged in a bit, and it was terrific.
Our waiter, Eric, was exceptional in provide us with the best service I think we've had in Florence. And we watched him serve more than 6 other tables with the same great attitude and service. We highly recommend him and this restaurant to our friends.
There can be a short wait at peak times but they do take reservations and you can request your favorite server.

Food is great as always but I'm a frequent customer and I'm seeing a decline in the quality of service at this location. Mind you the wait staff are kind and courteous but most of the time they seemed lost and confused. I'm also tired of ALWAYS having to remind someone that I need silverware so we're at the point of just walking over to an empty table and taking what's there instead.

We were there with a group to celebrate birthdays, so we all ate desserts. The service was good and my chocolate cake was decadent! We enjoyed our visit.

I took my mom because she had been wanting a steak and we both got steaks and they were great. The salad bar was also wonderful....My mom enjoyed herself and loved the food...I will be taking her back. .
