Slim Chickens

Amazing chicken. A lot of chicken places will have a light flavor for the chicken and have the sauce carry the flavor but here the chicken is well seasoned and has its own flavor. The sauces are still great though, I like the slim sauce and the honey mustard. Toast is great as well and the mac and cheese is really good. Staff is kind and they gave us free t shirts. Would highly recommend going

Fries were mediocre, but they have other yummy sides.

Great experience out of the starting block (this is not a sprint for the owners, it’s a Marathon). The crispy buffalo sandwich I had today was delicious. It was just out the fryer, sauce had depth, brioche bun fresh/toasty and lined with a thin layer of butter. The breast was a perfect size and was accompanied by a tasty deli pickle slice. The future looks bright for Slim and his chickens if the owners can keep a good manager and staff who can consistently deliver quality food a year from now ( like they did today). Good luck guys! Great sandwich. Do the opposite of “Popeyes” and you’ll enjoy success!

First time trying this and I would have to say it’s not to bad, I do think it’s a little high for what you get seeing as though it’s not really anything special. I would say it’s worth trying. Consistency is really going to be a major factor with a place like this. The only real flaw is that the parking lot sucks I don’t know who did the design and blueprints but this parking lot is horrible it’s literally one way in one way out!
