Starbucks

Usually great! Location is convenient as well. Past 2 weeks they've used the wrong milk (I order almond milk) I've gone back a few times to get it corrected. Like I said usually great, but these past 2 weeks I don't know what's going on!

I went through the drive thru and the young ladies were super polite and took my order very promptly and accurately. They were also very swiftly efficient and kept the line moving so we did not have to wait very long at all. I made it to the window and was again greeted extremely nicely and with a smile that I could see through her eyes,behind her mask. So I paid and got my drink and everything else needed (napkins and straw) and then made sure to drop some money in her tip jar for a very appreciated job well done.

I come here often. They’ve never gotten my order wrong and I’m always ordering 5 sometimes plus drinks at a time... My latest experience I’m on WW’s and needed the calorie info for a new drink I wanted to try So could track the points and she was super helpful. Then we sat outside to enjoy it well my kids of course made a mess (I was going to clean it) but a guy insisted he had it even offered to replace the drinks that were spilled (it was already almost gone so declined the drink) but it’s the fact they offered.. love the service.. fast, polite, and overall cleanliness (when we get to go inside)
