American Steak & Oyster Bar

We had a wonderful experience last night at this establishment. Sat outside with a beautiful view of the water and eventually could even see fireworks in the distance. The live singer was incredibly talented and the service was prompt and friendly. Our waiter Red (yes, that's his name) was very attentive. The ribs are fall-off-the-bone delicious! Can't recommend them enough. The mac and cheese was rather tasty too. Definitely one of the better meals we have had at local restaurants. Love that they give each table one dollar that you donate to a local charity as you leave. Can't wait to go back!

Highly recommend this spot. Great food and very large portions. The nachos are big enough to serve 8 people easily for an appetizer. Everything at our table was cooked and presented nicely. The staff was also very nice and several employees took time to speak to my kids. We will be back next summer for sure.

Location is fun, A/C was nice and cool. Hostess was attentive and nice, server was also. Food was good. The menu is simple but sufficient for seafood and turf. Wine list pedestrian but the sweet tea was on point

Hands down one of the Best meals i have had. The service was Superb. I do not say that lightly. We have family dinner. Date night with our parents and kids our entire immediate family each week. We say grace and eat dinner talk and enjoy our time together. Everyone is so busy these days we dedicate one night each weekend as family night. And try to go different places and broaden our kids taste buds with different meals. Charles was our server. Excellent server. Excellent food. I highly recommend if you haven't tried them. You take the time to try them out. There is usually 13 of us. There was 11 tonight and we all loved the food. And we usually never have dessert but tonight we had campfire smores and roasted them on the tables ourselves. Without a doubt EXCELLENT....
