Very cool place for groups or a quick bite. Nice outdoor seating area, partially covered. All of the food and drinks were prepared perfectly. We had the pretzel, Smokehouse Inn burger, and smoked wings to eat and they were all delicious. Drink choices were the Strawberry Paloma, Blue Saffire, Hoodoo Beer, and the Honey Old Fashioned. All were delicious and made with care. Service was fast and friendly also. Patio is pet friendly.
My first time here after this brewpub recently opened, and what a great addition to downtown Fountain Inn! Very colorful decor with lots of natural light, the space is very welcoming, with lots of seating inside and plenty of options outside. There’s also a semi private room downstairs for events. The beer selection is fantastic, and the food menu is robust too. We tried the nachos and the beer pretzel with dipping sauces, and both were delicious. I look forward to coming back to try more items from the menu.
Voodoo just opened up within walking distance from my house. I love the atmosphere from the inside to out. The beer selection is vast and full of variety no matter what you like. I suggest getting the beer flight for a colorful surprise! The pretzels are huge and look delicious. The brisket grilled cheese was my favorite and even though I'm a huge sweet potato fry fan, I enjoyed my brothers normal fries even more.
The only complaint that I have is on the Mac and Cheese. I don't feel like it was up to par with everything else, flavor wise. Other than that, I'd gladly eat everything else again!
Went to Voodoo today and had a great experience. Plenty of different types of beers and mixed drinks. I had a blackberry peach mojito it was delicious!!! Had a great burger and a caprese pizza both were very good. The staff was very helpful very knowledgeable of beer and food.
Okay. I understand I went on soft opening night. That being said...
Interesting place. You can see the cooks and beertenders pouring drinks or making food.
We ordered a flight of beer, a pickle pizza, and a burger with sweet potato fries. Beer was good. Made in PA and shipped down. No stouts yet. Porter was good. Other beers good. Flight paddle was neat to be a piece of an old barrel... but it's huge!
The pizza was good. It was hot and the flavors were good. The burnt ends burger was also very good. Right temperature (med well) and hot. The sweet potato waffle fries though... horrible. Not even warm. Delivered dead cold. Was a tad disappointed when we told the owner Dave about this that we weren't offered a serving of hot fries. To add insult to I jury the cold fries were a $3 cost add!
So will I be back? Of course! Friendly staff that are working out the kinks. My biggest feedback is about lack of knowledge to offer replacement fries or remove the extra cost from the bill.
I hear there's a great barrel aged Baltic porter I have to try. See you soon!
