Our first time at a Rick Erwin restaurant was amazing! Our waiter, Witt, was knowledgeable and very professional…and pretty funny! Every morsel of food that was brought to our table was delicious and perfectly prepared! My wife and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. We’ll be back! Thanks y’all!

Night and day difference in our overall experience here. The food was amazing. Zero complaints about that. Everything was perfect and tasted amazing. Unfortunately our service on the other hand was not. First off we were sat and waited over 30 minutes just to get our drinks. We ordered a shrimp appetizer and my wife ordered a salad. The shrimp was brought out and the salad was not. Our waitress apparently forgot it while waiting for our drinks as she stated. So main courses were ordered and my wife never received the salad. Fast forward to the end we receive our bill and come to find out half of the people’s meal next to us was charged to us. On top of that the prices advertised on the menu did not line up with what we were charged for our meal. Not a big deal should be easily fixed and was by the manager after the fact but for the money spent I feel like the overall experience was just one big screw up after another. Plus it’s always a little embarrassing having to stand up front in front of everyone and explain how they screwed up our bill. Hopefully in with time and training the new staff can figure things out.

Rick Erwin restaurants never disappoint. So thrilled there is a place in Greer closer to our house. The food is always excellent. The steaks are cooked to perfection. The staff are always super friendly. Juan was our server, and he was outstanding. He made our experience very memorable. The food was exquisite. We will definitely be back.

People, this place is incredible! The food is delicious and perfectly flavored. And the staff is very professional and their work ethics are phenomenal! I highly recommend their red meat selection as they have spectacular flavor and are totally mouth watering! Sherri was my waitress, and she was quite a sweetheart. She was very on top of my needs and if you are looking for a place to go for fine dining, they know how to do the correct display and the job! This does have more of a high end, feeling in the air, and I would definitely recommend this being the perfect place for dressier small parties, dates nights, or even birthday parties.

Best date night experience we have had in a long time. Everyone went out of their way to help us celebrate our anniversary, food was amazing, paced , and our server Andres was super sweet. Eat here!!
