Waffle House

tl;dr

Food was excellently prepared and check reasonable, staff great.

This Waffle House location was at peak business on a Sunday morning when I visited. The staff was friendly, patient, and extremely efficient! We managed to snag a seat at the bar quite quickly as the staff kept a close eye on departing patrons in order to clear and reset their tables (or, in our case, bar seats.) The on-duty manager was friendly with his staff in a most efficient way, on his game at all times, and constantly pushing his employees for better in a way that didn't seem unreasonable because it came with compliments and recognition for work well done. I did not have occasion to visit the facilities during my visit but, based on observation of the store at large, I would not have been surprised to find them clean and well stocked. Good work team!

When it's what I expect it to be, then it's good. Friendly staff and my breakfast was great. That's what keeps me coming back.

It's the local Waffle House. The food at this one is what you can expect. The staff are welcoming and you can depend on it being open for you.
