My first time there was a great experience. The staff was amazing and very welcoming
You can't go wrong with bojangles. Their chicken is amazing with just the right amount of kick. The sides are great and for the money the quality is really good. Always friendly staff, professional and prompt with your order. Some of the best biscuits you'll ever have. If your looking for breakfast my favorite is the Cajun fillet biscuit with cheese. And of course gotta get Bo rounds with it!
They were short staffed today so I am taking that into consideration with my rating. They were nice & helpful, but it took over 15 minutes to get our food. We were told that they would bring it to us, but eventually I went up & all of my items were there waiting. If you are short staffed then please don't tell us you will bring the food to us if you can't do it & please announce when it is ready so we can get it. Otherwise did was good.
My family visits this Bojangles a minimum of 5 times a month. MOST of the time they forget an order of fries, give us unsweetened tea, cold fries, or 3 strips in a supreme order. I live off Howard Road which is too far to go back and my kids LOVE the food so they stay in rotation. Each time that's happened I've gone through the drive thru but tonight I decided to go in and allow myself to see what's being packed and leave with what I purchased. I am truly PROUD to say that Amy totally changed how I felt about this location. She was extremely polite, gave me excellent customer service and was very efficient with getting my order correct and she did it all with a warm smile. KUDOS to you Amy at the Bojangles on 206 Harrison Bridge Road. You represented your store well.
Two words... Seasoned. Fries. Mmm, delicious. I've actually never had anything at Bojangles I didn't like. They're food is just the right amount of greasy and doesn't leave me feeling terrible when I get done eating. They're always very quick, and if something is going to take longer than about two minutes, they're very up front about it, which is awesome if you're in a big rush. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because sometimes the restaurant is a little less than clean - dirty tables, food on the floor, soda on the counters near the drink dispenser. Otherwise, this place is awesome.
