I love Panera Bread but today was just an off day service wise. The woman behind the counter walked into the back room as I approached leaving me standing there by myself. When she finally did come out I asked if she could take my order and she did but looked annoyed about it

The food (and area) make you feel very clean. And then there is the desserts. Mmmmmmmm. Cinnamon Crunch bagel will always be a favorite but the Triple Chocolate Walnut cookie embraced my soul and called me a friend.

Update: with the new building, weekends make for a slow-moving line when waiting to order. Be prepared to nestle in for now, and dress warmly in case you're the part of the line that goes into the cold lobby.

I went in looking for pesto. They don't sell it individually. I bought a loaf of bread and a large soda and they took care of me on the pesto end. Wonderful place! clean and nice people. ????✌️

I've been to the new Panera Bread twice since they relocated, and am still not impressed with the move. The food remains good, but pricey. The self-service kiosks don't allow you to order all of your items, or customize your items properly, so they are effectively worthless. The cashiers barely seem to want to be there and you can't hear a word they're saying anyway, since the new restaurant is so loud. Seating feels much more limited and cramped now. The menu is confusing to read, as well. I'm not saying I won't visit again, but I am still disappointed!
