I have always been a fan of mad Cuban for years, but they really stepped up their game for me!! Mad Cuban express was recently in our old neighborhood with their food truck so of course happy to stop by and get some food, they went out of their way to get me a meat free alternative to Cuban gone bananas and it was so good!! Of course the black beans and rice and maduros were amazing too! Highly recommended you try them out!
