Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries

After reading the reviews was a little apprehensive about trying it, but thank God I gave it a try. Greeted by our server Sally with a huge smile and upbeat personality and quickly pushed 2 tables together for our party. Food was amazing, drinks refilled quickly and was even given a free sample of dessert for all of us. Even though this is a 30 minute drive for us it will be a regular stop for us. Great job Sally and great food Hwy 55.

This is a neat little chain out of NC. It is modeled after the 1950s drive inn. It takes you back to a cool time in history. The food is good for a fast food chain. Some of the food is uncommon for the South. It is a great little place to experience some northern american food. The food came out on time and the service was good. I was actually surprised to find a fast food environment I actually enjoyed to eat at. For a little dinner chain.... I would definitely give it a thumbs up. ????

Burgers and shakes are excellent. Fries are terrible so get the tater tots instead... they're great! Service is pretty good. We've seldom been there when it was crowded and only eat their burgers. Food arrived in a timely manner.

atmosphere is incredibly 50's. staff very friendly and helpful. Food almost identical to 5 guys but less expensive, and not overfilling like the fries dumped over the order by the pound like 5 guys have.
