    Great food, really nice staff. We usually come here 1-2 a month. The owner is always there with a big smile. Checking to see if your meal is good. Definitely recommend El Matador. Definitely earns its place as Greenvilles oldest Mexican restaurant. Hope to see for many years to come.

    The best, Always great food. I did order a strawberry daiquiri and it was in a very small glass, never had one that small but it taste good. The small daiquiri is the only reason I didn't give 5 star's!

    The warmest greetings and staff I've found in a long time!
    Awesome food. Incredible service. Great ambiance and old worldly decor. A MUST STOP it is no wonder over 300 people ranked it 5 star.
    I did see the 1 person left a 1 star. Unless you were rushed to the hospital, who leaves a 1 star rewire. Anyway, go here

    Amazing Mexican restaurant, the food is gorgeous and the service too. The only restaurant that I've seen the owner actually come out the talk to the patrons.
    Hugely recommended, best Mexican in Greenville. Note that there is a lot of parking space in the back. If you want the best, this is the place!!

    Customer service was awesome! There's a reason they've been around for a long time. I was born in southwest so the food isn't comparable to the Mexican out there but it's good. Nice atmosphere, great staff!
