McAlister's Deli

I love McAlisters Deli - but this is the 3rd time at the Greenwood location where they have been “out” of Spuds. That’s the main attraction there for my family. It would be one thing if this was the only time, but sadly not.

Frequent visitor. I ordered a Reuben sandwich with the dressing on the side. It was delivered correctly. The first time I order something with a special request, it usually comes standard and I have to send it back. I appreciate the attention to detail.

1) As has always been my experience, the food was EXCELLENT !! )
2) The service was impeccable, and the staff - and I include every single person I interacted with - were professional , knowledgeable, just plain pleasant !!
3) THE food is appropriately priced, always fresh, and sandwiches are well made and stuffed full with ingredients !! Warm food comes warm & cold food comes cold. I never leave hungry or feeling like I received less than I paid for.
4) The dining area is always clean, tables cleared and wiped, the restrooms clean, well stocked & maintained, and in good working order.

Overall, I will always HIGHLY recommend McALISTER'S
Moreover, This is not an unusual situation either - I have never had an unpleasant experience or bad food at McALISTER'S. It's why I keep going back over & over.

This is our go-to restaurant in Greenwood when we want a yummy lunch on the quick side. They have DELICIOUS French Dip Sandwiches and I love their chicken salad as well. My kids are pretty picky but love this place. It's always clean, quick, and our order is always correct. The only thing i really wish was a bit better is the customer service. Sometimes the person taking our order is nice, other times I have had a server roll their eyes or sigh as though we were taking up their time when they'd rather be doing something else.
