The Baarr B-Q Place

Picked up pulled pork sandwich, ribs, slaw, and beans. We enjoyed everything. Tea was great, too…and if you’re Southern, you know the importance of serving good quality tea. The ladies who waited on me were friendly, thorough and truly charming. Definitely will make return visits.

Delicious food! My husband ordered ribs--they were juicy and slid off the bone. He loved the hash and rice. I had a barbecued chicken leg and thigh--moist, tangy and tender. Fried okra is to die for! Great value for the money-- you won't leave hungry. Very clean with warm, personal service. The Old Yeller sauce is good but the Big Red is amazing! We'll go back soon.

We stopped in on a whim, and were met with a friendly and tasty experience. This family owned BBQ joint definitely made its mark on us, as the chef provided flavorful ribs and pulled pork sandwiches and his wife and daughter provided top-notch service, and some full belly laughs to boot. We definitely felt welcome and left with the sentiment that we'd be back for sure.

The Ribs were fall off the bone Good! Wonderful Family owned Place. We will definitely be back.

First time in here. We definitely weren't disappointed. The lady behind the counter was very friendly. The food was very good. We definitely look forward to coming back when we're in town.
