Fuji Hibachi & Sushi

This would be a 5 star review if the lady that took my order didnt have the worst attitude that I have ever experienced in all of customer service history! Well, now that that's out of the way, the food is absolutely delicious. I ordered a couple of sushi rolls and the ingredients are fresh. Rolls are well made and rice was still warm with a perfect consistency. Avocado was nice and bright green and the salmon tasted fresh. The ginger was also fresh. I ordered this to go and I'm very thankful the food was good. It almost makes up for the attitude I was served in the beginning. The restaurant is small so I wouldn't bring too big of a party there. Again, the food was delicious. Next time I'll order ahead of time and wait until it's ready before I go in. That way I can avoid the negative attitude.

The food is always great. I just hate to go order it to go. The ladies at the register are always rude or with a attitude.

Been going here for years at least once a week. The staff is always friendly to me as well as my family. They by far have the best sushi (if you know what to order) the steak can be a little tough but they don’t say it’s filet or anything so it’s expected. Their salad dressing is amazing we buy cups of it when we leave. My 2 year old asks for this place by name.
