    This location was closed because the lease was up,and the landlord wouldn't lease again within a reasonable amount.This had happened before to this same location,and it was closed for about a year,and no one else leased it ,so the landlord leased it back to the original business owner on good terms.My Daddy's Construction Co.,built this store in January of 1975 and it was opened for business in April of 1975 for Thomas Management Inc.Now I'm trying to find another good location to build a new KFC in Conway,SC , hoping to relocate to 16th Ave. and Hwy.501 (Church Street) near Walgreens and Hardee's.I hope that I can influence Thomas Management Inc. to go along with my Idea,because KFC in Conway is really being missed by a lot of people,and the only KFC that Thomas Management has now is in Loris,SC and we built that store in 1984.
