Amazing staff! I ordered my tea at the wrong location, I couldn’t talk much and they were out of stock on all almost all the ingredients necessary to make the medicine ball. But they put a drink together for me and were so kind while doing it. Thank you so much staff working on 10/6/2 @ 9 -10am

The manager Laura is amazing! She did Christmas in July with free pics with Santa and free samples! My kids LOVED IT!

Loved my experience!! Super friendly, super clean, and as always great beverages and snacks. I do wish they had a “Conway” cup to add to my collection. :)

I have now gone a few times but from my first experience at this Starbucks to now I must say my first was very poor service took too long for 3 drinks and one was made incorrectly, the following time as well and my last time I went one drink was made correctly and one was not. I finally decided to go and speak to someone. I spoke to Taylor she was understanding and provided two cards with the value of $4 each to use in the future. The staff is definitely still learning, but Taylor and Nat made the experience a good one.

I’ve had no issues. Everyone has been extremely nice and my order has always been correct. Food and drink quality is perfect. Customer service has been great. It’s brand new so the lines have been long at times but they have moved at a reasonable rate of speed. So glad to have a Starbucks in Conway!
