Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Yummy food and great service! Most of the servers know my order by memory, so I don't understand why people think the service is bad if the cashiers take the time to memorize my order☀️

I really love the food and smoothies, but the hours should be changed. I wish they opened at 10:30am. I live in Conway and I’m also a student at CCU, so it’s very convenient to get to. I think it would make more sense opening up for the early lunch crowd. Also, sometimes when I get there at 11:00am, they still haven’t opened and it is frustrating. There has been more than three occasions when I pulled on the door after 11 and it was locked. I went somewhere else to eat and this place lost my business. Then, when they do open, everyone is still getting ready and putting chairs down.

Excellent customer service! My cranberry truffle & kale salad didn't taste the same as the one back home. I like seeing my smoothie being prepared. At home the prep area is visible etc.

This is a great place to eat. Love the chicken caprese. And the smoothies are amazing.

We ate here for the first time and it was a great decision!
I, personally not my company :-P, am plagued with intense food allergies making eating out a challenge. Tropical Smoothie Cafe accepted the challenge and delivered an excellent meal!
After the order was placed, overheard the owner in the back making sure the meal was proper and he was very diligent in checking up with me during the meal.
Very much recommend this location; even if you have dietary issues, fear not!
