    Nine employees walking around, looking like chickens with their heads cut off. I understand it's a new opening. But... training?
    I had a strange suspicion that the order would be wrong when I received it, and lo and behold, I was right. One simple sandwich. They couldn't get it right.
    The franchisee should be there at least for a couple of months during their opening, if not, continually.
    We're from the west coast, and this doesn't even hold a candle.

    Great new addition to the area. Stopped on today for the soft opening and had the American Wagyu Slaw be Jo which was delish. Looking forward to stopping back in to try several other sandwiches on the menu. Friendly service even with it being a soft opening and very busy. They did a great job.
