The food was excellent. The waitress that served us was very polite, had some good recommendation about the food and was super friendly. The restaurant was also very clean. Well job everyone.

Love the one in Charlotte, this one is similar in Food quality but the service left much to be desired. It wasn't crowded, but it took an act of Congress to get a water refill. I only drank two beers because I couldn't order any additional ones as the waitress was too busy gabbing with other wait staff and a table of lecherous middle aged golfers who left her only $10 tip. I, by myself, could have beat that HAD I received good service. I normally start at 20% and it can go up or down from there. I average a $50 check when I eat out and drink. So her loss.

The food was good and so was service. We went on a crazy busy Tuesday night due to a local college graduation. I think they may have been a bit understaffed to handle the large parties. I think it was simply a circumstantial situation. Our server was very good and communicated what was happening the entire time. We waited an hour to get our entrees. The fried cheese curds we're amazing and so we're the fish tacos. I recommend this place for anyone who likes good food and a large beer selection.

Really like this place. Food was solid. I had the cheddar burger. Cooked just right. Good beer selection, big bar, nice vibe. I liked it.

So...there's a new GM and a different Regional Manager and you can tell a difference...and not for the better. After 30 years as a Chef I can say that the care and quality of the product just isn't what it was the first 18 months it was open. One of my wife and my favorites in the area has lost its luster....the BRIGHT spot was our server Marie. She made the night for us. Great service, great sense of humor and a ready smile. Thanks Marie...you're the best
