    This is truly as described; an Ohio Valley classic. Hot pizza covered with cold cheese and served. Pepperoni is it for a topping with the cheese. The other part of the secret is the sauce; Napoli tomato sauce seems to make a difference. Also the cheese is not a standard mozzarella; it's mixed with provolone to give it a unique taste. One tip no one mentioned; they will pack up a to go with the sauce, cheese and pie all packed separately and ready for a cooler trip back to your home state. Haven't been able to figure out a fedex delivery yet.....

    Amazingly different type of pizza! This pizza is supposed to be eaten where they cook the dough sauce and topping ... And add the cheese after everything is baked... Then the cheese slowly melts. It is delicious and we drive 30 minutes to get this pizza!
    This is called Ohio valley style! The topping are under the cheese!

    DiCarlos Pizza is the best pizza you will every eat. It is not your typical conveyor type pizza, none other like it!!!
