Dirty Don's Oyster Bar & Grill

Dirty Don's is well known for its great seafood. It fills up fast but worth the wait.
They have a happy hour for drinks and food. Fast service and getting your food. It's one of my favorite places when at the beach. A great selection of beers and they have a drink menu.

Such a great place to eat. It could be busy and you'll be wondering how can I get my food in time. The staff literally will give you about approximate time and they serve you fresh food right hot off the grill and in amazing time. I had a lobster roll it was so delicious I'm probably going to dream about that tonight I'm not sure about other people but all of us had an amazing time we had a great waiter. Not at one point did we ever wonder will he get our order wrong because we were a complicated bunch. Oh and I can write a whole nother paragraph about their sweet tea. Some of the best sweet tea I have ever had. The kids enjoyed their meals as well. Yes it is a little pricey but it's worth it.

I forgot to write this review. My family and i came in late 8/25. It was my daughter's birthday meal. We didn't realize they were closing but the welcomed us in with open arms. We tried to rush through our meal and our waiter and the bartender insisted that we take our time and enjoy our meal. I'm sorry I don't remember their names The food was delicious. My drink was amazing. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed. We got some freebies for celebrating my baby's birthday. Our waitress and bartender were just so nice to us and our kids. We recommend them to all of our NC friends since we will be coming down twice a month. I can't wait to go back in a few weeks. Thank you all for the nice experience. ?

Soooo good! Carissa was a fantastic server! The blackened scallops recommended by her were delicious! Had the fried shrimp dinner was fabulous, fish of the day was fried pollack and was also great! Lightly fried. Also had the sampler with the deep fried oysters, shrimp and clams
Onion rings with the bang bang sauce were better than the fries. Hush puppies were the best ever too.(hubby, I don't like them). Reasonably priced, $125 for 4 of us with drinks ? and a tshirt!
