Gino's Real New York Pizza at Carolina Forest

I'm from NY, so trust that I know my pizza... This is great pizza! Reminds me of home! Definitely try the white pie, it's just the right amount of creamy ricotta and cheese.

I'm from New Jersey, literally 10 minutes outside of New York City. The west side of Manhattan was the view out my bedroom window. Great pizza is a staple that can be found anywhere you turn your head. I've worked in and around New York as a truck driver and equipment operator, literally covering every square inch of the boroughs and Long Island for many years. Since moving down here in January, Gino's is the best pizza I could find in the area. It's not quite as good as back home, but it's good enough to remind me. It really is that NJ/NY water. My wife and I hit up Gino's maybe once a week, and twice if we're feeling homesick.

The whole menu is great, and they're always friendly. 4 stars only because it's just not quite home.

This has become one of my favorite pizzas. The pizza is hard to not get into even when it comes out piping hot. I keep going back for the food and the workers are really nice!

After working all day unpacking boxes we were looking for some good subs for supper. Being new to the area had no ideas. Found Gino's through Google.

From now on I will be a dedicated customer. Walking in the aroma only increases your appetite, it is wonderful. The lady helping me, sorry not to have her name, was great.

I did my best to devour the best cheesesteak I've had in my life! Couldn't even finish the small. My husband's Italian looked and smelled heavenly. He managed to eat half and enjoyed the rest the following day.

What a wonderful find in a new place!!
