Jerusalem Mediterranean Restaurant & Bar

Loved this place. The harp music was amazing. Decor very nice. Service how ever wasn't the best. I understand they had "technical issues" prior to our arrival and new staff training but the people I watched walk out, the ones who had missing items, unable to get any one to see them trying desperately to get it fixed. The tables that saw a server first but came after other tables. I'm giving it a 4 stars in hopes I just got them on a bad day. I'll come again another time and see. Maybe after the tourist leave for the season. Food was good and portion was decent.

Truly fantastic food! I am autoimmune and have a very limited diet. That kitchen made me a greek salad with ground lamb on top! They use only high quality ingredients which was evident especially in the herb vinaigrette. The all star for me, as a avid tea drinker, was the Moroccan mint tea delivered in a beautiful tea pot filled with fresh mint leaves. I hope to go back every time I'm in town.

Have seen this restaurant for years but never stop in and now I know what I was missing. I've been to Med and Israel a few time in the service and really enjoyed the food. Coming here is like being there again, real home made Mediterranean food to enjoy with the family. I would like to thank Alison for her cheerful and thoughtfulness throughout the meal, attentive but not introducing. Highly recommend the Jerusalem Sampler for 2 to get a overall taste of a good Mediterranean meal. One thing to beware of, since it's home made it going to take a little time to get to the table but it's worth it. Enjoy !!!

Great food. Unique atmosphere. We loved sitting on the pillows. They also have traditional seating. Service was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Wow, we weren't expecting this. Everything was pleasant; the greeting at the front door, seating, service and food was spot on.

Food was delicious. My only regret was that we did not have bigger appetites to try more dishes or their sampler platter for two! Everything was scratch made and you could taste the care and experience it takes to pull these dishes off. Meat was marinated, tender and could not have been done any better.

Very nice experience and this is save in my Favorites - we will be back!
