Good sushi and service at the Carolina Forest location. The rolls are giant. Go for the $49 deal for the best value and plenty of take home. I will be back.
Chill atmosphere, good music, and friendly wait staff. They ordered my favorite bourbon (Elijah Craig) to accommodate this returning customer. Did I mention the sushi is great?
Our favorite Asian restaurant in Myrtle! They have delicious and fairly priced appetizers, sushi and entrees. Everything has always tasted fresh and flavorful. We highly recommend this amazing restaurant.
We've been in the Myrtle area for about 8 years but I hadn't heard of this place until my wife saw a billboard a couple weeks ago. We just went there today and boy are we glad we found it. This is by far the BEST all you can eat sushi option on the Grand Strand. We had been going to other 'buffet' style sushi places but King Sushi crushes them with options and quality. All the food is made fresh as you order it and you can keep placing orders until you are full. They have everything from soups, salads, appetizers and hibachi style choices but we went for the sushi. The specialty rolls were all fantastic as were the regular rolls. They even have dessert (we had the cheese cake). We went for lunch which was $13.99 and that is about $5 higher the buffet style restaurants in the area but I can tell you it is WELL WORTH the extra $5. We won't be going anywhere else from here on out. Even our server was extremely friendly and explained how their whole deal works before ordering. Highly recommended!
King Kong Sushi is one of my favorite sushi places on the beach. They have other food too but I've never tried that. There's two locations, one in Carolina Forest and one at Broadway at the beach.
The atmosphere in both places is very Chic with somewhat dimmed lighting. The staff has already been friendly and accommodating and I've been eating there for years. Both locations have a bar and happy hour. And did I mention the sushi is phenomenally delicious!!
